What Queenpass is

Queenpass is a marketplace. The salons and clinics on Queenpass are independent businesses that set their own deals and perform the services. Queenpass operates the platform, sells Service Passes for those deals and verifies every salon's trade licence before it goes live.

Service Passes

A Service Pass is a prepaid entitlement to one specific service at one named salon, at the discounted price shown in the app. You pay the full discounted price once, at purchase — there is nothing more to pay at the salon for the service the pass covers.

Your pass and its QR code are issued instantly and live in the app under My Passes.

Validity

• •A pass is valid for 30 days from purchase; the expiry date is shown on the pass.
• •A pass is for one person and one visit, unless the deal explicitly says otherwise.
• •Passes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Arranging your visit

You arrange the visit directly with the salon: call or WhatsApp them from your pass, or walk in during opening hours. The salon can also schedule you an appointment. The visit must take place within the pass's validity period.

Redemption

At the salon, your QR code is scanned once and the pass is marked as used. Keep your pass code private — treat it like a ticket.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe in AED — cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Card details never touch Queenpass servers. The price shown at checkout is final.

Refunds and cancellations

If a salon cannot honour your pass within its validity period, contact support and we will put it right.

Refund requests are reviewed by our support team case by case. A pass that has already been redeemed (scanned) is not refundable. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Reviews

You can review a salon only after a scanned visit. Keep reviews honest and lawful; we may remove content that is abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the visit.

For salon partners

Salons join Queenpass under a separate partner agreement. Its headline terms: no listing fee; a 15% commission charged only on visits actually served; and payouts monthly, on the last day of the month, with statements in the business dashboard.

Fair use

Don't misuse the platform: no fraudulent purchases or chargebacks, no scraping or automated access, no reselling or sharing passes, and no interfering with QR redemption.

Liability

The services themselves are performed by the salons. To the extent permitted by law, Queenpass provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the outcome of a treatment; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: support@queenpass.app.
