What exactly is a Service Pass?
A Service Pass is your prepaid access to one specific deal at one salon. You pay the full discounted price once in the app, and the pass — with its QR code — appears instantly in My Passes. There's nothing more to pay at the salon for the service it covers.
How long is my pass valid?
30 days from purchase. The expiry date and a countdown are shown right on the pass in the app.
How do I arrange the actual visit?
However you like: call or WhatsApp the salon directly from your pass, or walk in during opening hours. The salon can also schedule you an appointment — the visit just needs to happen within your pass's 30 days.
Are the reviews real?
Yes, by design. A review can only be written after a pass has been scanned at the salon, so every rating comes from a verified visit.
Which cities is Queenpass in?
We're launching in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with more of the UAE to follow. Every salon's trade licence is verified before its deals go live.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe — cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Your card details never touch our servers.
What about refunds?
Refunds and cancellations are handled per our Terms of Service. If something goes wrong with a pass or a visit, contact support in the app or at support@queenpass.app and we'll look into it.
